Because we serve learners worldwide, data may be stored on servers located outside your country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep records as long as you have an account and for up to 6 years afterward to comply with accounting rules, unless a longer retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access, correct, delete, or download your data
- object to or restrict processing
- withdraw consent at any time
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

9. Children
OJL is intended for learners 13 years or older. Learners under 18 need parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Major changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
