Important Information Before Booking
1. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
2. Payment Policy
One-time lessons must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Subscription plans will be billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
3. Late or Missed Lessons
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the lesson may be canceled without a refund.
Please be on time and prepared for your session.
4. Lesson Platform
All lessons are conducted online via Google Meet.
A link will be sent to you in advance by email.
5. Refund Policy & Support
We do not offer refunds except in the case of double charges or system errors.

What do I need to prepare for the lesson?
All you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a microphone and camera (like a smartphone or PC), and access to Google Meet. A meeting link will be sent to you in advance.
Do the teachers speak English?
Yes, all our teachers can speak basic English. Some are fluent, and you can choose a teacher based on your language preference.
Can I choose the lesson topic?
Yes! You can focus on conversation, grammar, JLPT preparation, or anything you want. Just let your teacher know in advance.
What if I forget my lesson?
Unfortunately, missed lessons without notice are not refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Can I change my teacher later?
Of course! You can try different teachers until you find the one that suits you best.
Is there a free trial lesson?
We do not offer a free trial, but we have a one-time lesson available at a very affordable price. It’s a perfect way to try our service.
Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available for the current month.
Can children take lessons too?
Absolutely! We have teachers who are great with kids. Please choose a teacher who is marked as “Good with children.”
